Devashish Salgaonkar is an industry expert with around 8.5 years with most part of it at Microsoft. Currently working as a Sr. Premier Field Engineer (PFE) with Microsoft. He engages with Microsoft Premier customers in providing them with proactive services and initiatives like health checks, assessments and training’s to stabilize/optimize their SQL Server environment.

Prior to PFE, Devashish was working as a Technical Lead with India GTSC. In his day to day work, he was engaged in working on complex technical customer issues especially in the areas of SQL database Engine, Performance and High Availability.

Devashish’s area of expertise is SQL Server Performance Troubleshooting/Administration and peripheral technologies and he enjoys working with SQL Azure. He also occasionally blog|tweet about his technical learning.
