Hitesh Chouhan works as a Technical Advisor with Microsoft SQL Team and is currently delving deep into the world of Azure SQL Database (Microsoft’s Platform as a Service offering). He has a vast experience primarily in SQL Server Engine and Performance areas. He is also a Subject Matter Expert in SQL Replication and Always on technologies. He works with premier customers and partners to solve critical issues, share recommendations and best practices and contributed to multiple articles and blogs. He holds certifications including Oracle Certified Associate- Performance Tuning, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in SQL 2012 and Microsoft Specialist in Implementing Azure Infrastructure Solutions. His passion has always been exposure to learning latest technologies and at Microsoft he has been working on Machine Learning, R and Python projects.

Before joining Microsoft Hitesh has worked as Oracle performance Tuning engineer and Big Data engineer in Centre of Excellence-Sears.
