Pooja Kamath works as Developer Support Engineer with Microsoft SQL Team and currently specializing in Azure SQL Database – Microsoft’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) offering. Her areas of expertise in SQL Server involve Engine, Clustering, Replication, Azure IaaS and PaaS, Connectivity, and related TSQL and PowerShell issues. In the past 4 years she has the experience of troubleshooting complex technical problems for high profile Premiere customers and partners from major Industry sectors who have implemented SQL Server in their environment. In her current role Pooja also works closely with the SQL Azure Product Team on identifying and resolving critical issues and bugs for our SQL Azure customers. She has contributed to multiple articles and blogs and also holds certifications including Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in SQL 2012 and Microsoft Specialist in Implementing Azure Infrastructure Solutions. Before joining Microsoft as a freshly recruited Campus hire she graduated with an Engineering degree in Information Science. She also holds a work integrated MBA degree in Management of Information Systems.
