Hi Friends,
This is turning out to be a year of international conferences and international travel. And God is just blessing me as I haven’t been luckier before.
SQLBits (March 29 to 31, 2012) in London is the Europe’s largest SQL Server conference and I am glad that I am speaking at the conference. I am presenting on Index Tuning/Internals & my session is titled – “Back to Indexes – the original culprit”. My session is scheduled for Saturday afternoon. If you are coming to the conference, do drop by to say HI – I would love to meet many of you.http://www.sqlbits.com/Speakers/_Amit_Bansal
Previous to this London trip, I attended the MVP Summit in Feb End & SQL BareMetal workshop in Jan end – all trips proving so fruitful from learning perspective. I blogged about the baremetal workshop here: https://www.sqlservergeeks.com/blogs/AmitBansal/sql-server-bi/477/sql-server-2012-baremetal-workshop-at-redmond-in-jan-2012-my-experience
I am yet to blog on the MVP Summit 2012.
More important than speaking is yet another opportunity to meet the vibrant SQL community of Europe.SQLBits, this time, bigger than ever, will see more than 1200 attendees including MVPs, MCMs, and SQL product team members – immense networking opportunity !
I thank the SQLBits committee for selecting my session and giving me an opportunity to speak.
SQL Server training, consulting, content development continues for me as usual across the length and breadth of Asia Pacific, primarily in India. Let us see, what comes after SQLBits.
