Denny Cherry
Denny Cherry, the one who needs no introduction in the SQL world, yet I will not give up the opportunity of introducing him to the Data and Analytics community in Asia (after all it’s a privilege)!
Denny Cherry is the owner and principal consultant for Denny Cherry & Associates Consulting, and has over a decade of experience working with platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Hyper-V, vSphere and Enterprise Storage solutions. Denny’s areas of technical expertise include system architecture, performance tuning, security, replication and troubleshooting. Denny currently holds several of the Microsoft Certifications related to SQL Server for versions 2000 through 2014 including the Microsoft Certified Master (MCM) as well as being a Microsoft MVP for several years. Denny has written several books and dozens of technical articles on SQL Server management and how SQL Server integrates with various other technologies.
Denny is a returning speaker from SSGAS 2015 and SSGAS 2016. He has been a rock star speaker before, and this time too, has promised some mesmerizing content for DPS 2017 audience.
Like last year, Denny will deliver one of our six Pre-Con seminars on Azure Infrastructure where he will review all the various infrastructure components that make up the Microsoft Azure platform. Why? Because we all know that when it comes to moving SQL Server systems into the Azure platform having a solid understanding of the Azure infrastructure will make migrations successful and making support solutions much easier. Denny will also be delivering a couple of Breakout sessions, Open-Talks and Chalk-Talks at Data Platform Summit 2017.
Denny is equally excited to be part of Asia’s largest Data and Analytics conference.
