Please join me in welcoming Sumit Sarabhai. He is a Performance Tuning expert and works as a Senior Escalation Engineer at Microsoft. I take the privilege of introducing him to the SQL community in Asia.
Sumit Sarabhai is currently working as Microsoft SQL Server Sr. Support Escalation Engineer. He specializes in SQL Engine – Performance, High Availability and Disaster Recovery and other engine technologies. Apart from SQL Server, he has great interests in entire Microsoft Data Platform suite including NoSQL technologies like MongoDB, DocumentDB, HBase on Microsoft Azure and Big Data technologies on like Hadoop, HBase and Storm.
I have had the privilege of working with both Amit and Sumit when I was at Microsoft IGTSC. It was a wonderful experience learning from these experts and today all of SSGAS2015 audience gets to listen from these experts.
