Don Rohan Castelino is currently working as a Premier Field Engineer for Microsoft Global Business Support (GBS), India currently based out in Hyderabad. He has been associated with Microsoft for close to 6 years and have been working on SQL Server and BI technologies. He is currently engaged with Microsoft premium customer in providing proactive services, support for reactive tasks to troubleshoot complex mission critical issues.

Prior to PFE, Don worked with Microsoft India GTSC where he was engaged in working on complex issues especially in the areas of SQL database Engine, Performance and SQL BI. His areas of expertise are SQL Server Performance Troubleshooting/Administration, connectivity, SSIS and SSRS. He also occasionally blogs about his technical learning.
